Refund Policy

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, if Le Claire is provided with 48 hours’ notice via email (hello@leclaire.my), prior to the delivery date scheduled.

If an order is requested to be postponed within the 48-hour period, we are happy to offer a full credit note to be use within 12 months.

Under any circumstances, orders CANNOT be cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery or during the delivery.

When a refund has been processed, it may take between 1-15 business days for the money to successfully process into your account.
